I LOVE my Nikon D5. I have a variety of prime lenses depending on the shooting situation. In studio, I use an 86"PCB PLM with an Einstein e640 light.

Let's Chat! I'd love to learn more about you and your family, and customize a portrait setting that captures this beautiful time of your life.

I love creating images that tell stories. Stories are unique, personal and best created as a collaboration between the people on both sides of the camera. I am here to capture beautiful and memorable images for you to love for years to come. As such, photographs are precious; thank you for entrusting me to create yours. My clean, classic style balances warmth with bright, rich tones and a touch of artistic stylization giving attention to those little details. I want my clients to look back on these images and love them just as much as the day they were taken.

I started my career in photography during college when I worked for a portrait studio. What a great job – making children and babies smile and laugh all day! I took a tangent through the corporate world and back to my true love and passion.

My friends gave me the nickname “sunshinegirl” so it’s no surprise my favorite shooting conditions use natural light; sunset hours being my favorite.  My on-location sessions are fun and casual, tailored to show off the real you so you can just relax and let your personality shine through.

It’s one thing to make a picture of what a person looks like, it’s another thing to make a portrait of who they are.

— Paul Caponigro

A great photographer doesn’t just “take pictures”. They capture candid moments that can visually describe what your heart is feeling in a special, singular way. A beautiful image can preserve those fleeting moments and irreplaceable memories. Life’s only constant is change, and the opportunities to seize those moments sometimes has a short window – a round belly enveloping your new love, those first few days after your child is born (and changing so quickly!)… all those moments in between, leading to graduation. You ask the question “Where did the time go?” Time passes by so quickly, that one day looking back, all you’re left with are the memories….and images.
